As it sounds this is a pit that intercepts the food and oil waste in your commercial kitchens. The frequency of this required pump out is generally determined by your respective water board. We can appreciate that a lot of these clean outs are time sensitive as the shop needs to open up and you don’t want your customer’s or neighbours noses upset. Therefore we have a system in place that can ensure your routine clean outs are in-line with a time that suits you every time and according to your required frequency we can forward your clean outs to the next required date so you can focus on your business operations without worrying about this. We also can log you off or advise the respective water board on your behalf that the clean out is completed and they will allocate you the next due date. You will then receive a call from us the day before we come out just to make sure everything is all good to go.
